Jean-François has worked in sales since 1986 and in automotive sales since 1999, where he began as a salesman before being promoting to sales director. Now a trainer and consultant for FLH Events, Jean-François is recognized for his leadership skills and—especially—his positive and dynamic attitude, which help him to exceed expectations and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

Following a career in retail sales spanning more than 20 years, Christine discovered her passion for the automobile industry in 2004. Before joining the FLH team in 2016, she held positions such as representative, renewal manager, sales manager and general sales manager. Dynamic and professional, Christine enjoys passing on her knowledge to train the next generation of representatives.

Michel Duranceau
Michel has 32 years of sales experience with major companies such as Bell, Pages Jaunes and LaSalle Chrysler. Now at FLH, he draws on his vast experience working with the best in the industry to train the next generation of successful sales consultants.
Gilles Galarneau
Gilles Galarneau
Gilles has been a certified trainer for 11 years, and trained the entire staff of salespeople and managers at Honda Canada. He has extensive knowledge of the world of private sales, having worked in that sector for seven years. A former general manager and sales manager, he has a strong reputation for being skilled at closing.
Vincent Gingras
Vincent Gingras
After working as a business manager for 10 years and as a sales manager for 15 years, Vincent became a private sales trainer and a database specialist. For six years he has worked to ensure good communication within the team and develop strategies to maximize sales.

An experienced trainer who loves to travel, Serge has a single goal: making a sale to every customer who walks into the showroom. Working in the automobile industry since 1990, first as a salesperson and then as sales manager, Serge joined FLH in 2012. You might recognize his radio-announcer voice!
Laurence Hurtubise
Laurence Hurtubise
Laurence grew up around automobile enthusiasts and showed a keen interest from a very young age. She is a true car and motorsport fanatic, with a passion that just keeps on growing. Laurence has been with the group for about ten years. She started in the call centre, then moved to logistics, and is now events manager and coordinator. In three words, we’d say she’s energetic, proactive, and motivated!
Marc Hurtubise
Marc Hurtubise
Marc has worked in retail for 15 years. He worked at Bombardier Finance as territory manager, and later at ITT. Working in private sales at FLH since 2003, he is responsible for business development and events. Marc is Laurent’s brother.

Pierre launched his career in sales with Bell Canada Business Services. With 18 years of experience under his belt, he then moved on to sales and management with Mont-Royal Ford for 8 years, and then to training with RAID for 8 years. Before joining the FLH team, he was a manager at Agence Booster for 3 years. For Pierre, the keys to a successful career are customer service and satisfaction.

Gervais has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry as a sales representative, sales director and general manager. Although he specializes in electric cars and is passionate about leasing and lease renewal programs, his real speciality is human connection—as he himself puts it, “I like people more than I like cars.” He is an asset to our company, and will be to yours as well.
